6,99$ and i cant trace the way from 1 point to a other !!! Its like putting 7$ in the garbage !!!

Base version is simply unusable without paying for additional features that shouldve been included.

When getting the GPS coordinates and copying them, this works great. However when storing way points coordinates can be off by as much as 20 degrees. The software is pretty easy. If this gets fixed it would be great.

The trouble with buying apps is you dont know how well theyll work, and once you buy it, it seems like the feature wanted typically just doesnt work. I enter a waypoint with a non-integer longitude, the decimal part is removed. So, with respect to textually entered waypoints, my accuracy is limited to ... what ... probably worse than +-50km. Thats not what I bought. I want my money back. Also, the map widgets overlay waypoints which makes them impossible to edit/access without going into settings and turning the widgets off. Its said that hard writing makes for easy reading. Yes? One expects something similar is true of writing apps. This one, didnt involve hard-writing, I assure you. The purchased features degrade the app. Dont buy them.

There are issues with this app. If you buy it, you must be aware that you cannot get any support for it.

I needed a quick waypoint recorder to take 3 points. I copied the first. Interface was easy enough, when I tried to mark the second I was asked to pay for the subscription. It was then difficult to go to a "waypoint" menu where I could just view information about my solo waypoint. Ended up being easier to just write down my coordinates so I was fairly disappointed.

Keep crashing. Dont waste your time downloading this app.

Easy to understand and use...

We had some property monuments we could not locate on our remote ranch in Alaska because of thick vegetation regrowth and the demise of old original bearing trees over 40 plus years of wind and weather. We converted survey information to GPS coordinates (no easy feat in itself) and came within 15 feet of the illusive survey monuments. Previously we had spent weeks trying to locate some of the monuments but to no avail.

This is a nice app. I tried out several other similar apps, but some of them drain the battery running on background. This one does exactly what it’s supposed to do using the battery only when it’s active. The customer support is excellent! After having troubles with other applications I was not sure what the Disable Standby option meant and sent email to the developer. It took only an hour to get a response with the explanation that this option disables the iPhone Auto-Lock mode. Personally, I am interested in the accuracy of the GPS. iPhone automatically inserts geo-coordinates in pictures and I want to make sure that these coordinates are accurate. Standard iPhone compass does not provide information like this; Maps require Wi-Fi or Data connection that may not be available if you are travelling or out of range. In this case, this Easy GPS can be very helpful. Unfortunately, the font of the Accuracy data is small and it is not easy to read it on the sunshine. It would be nice if it would have the same font with other information displayed on the screen. Moreover, it may be a good idea to change the background color of the Accuracy data depending on the GPS reception condition, e.g. good - green, moderate – yellow, etc. Overall, this is the best app of this kind I’ve seen in the store so far.

Cool tool. Used it when an emergency call came over the VHF radio to see how far we were to the vessel having an emergency.

I looked at a lot of GPS apps before picking Easy GPS. With the upgrade to iOS 8, I found a bug or two. I emailed the developers and received a reply the next day. How is that for service?? Do yourself a favor and go with the Easy GPS App.

I purchased the premium version for $2.99 and still get ads. In addition, the App has a few bugs. For example, on the Maps page, the compass widget gets stuck sometimes. The coordinates widgets is too small to cover coordinate configurations like DD mm ss. At this point, all I want is a refund. P.S. - Im using this App on an iPhone 6 with the latest iOS version.
